1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Up2Keys and all agreements concluded between Up2Keys and the consumer. By purchasing any product on Up2Keys, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Up2Keys is operated by Agenciesity UO, registered in Estonia (Reg. nr. 16989266), located at Harju Maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamae Linnoasa, Vaike-Paala tn 2, 11415. Up2Keys is a reseller of digital products provided by Kinguin.net and does not directly publish or issue these products.

2. Purchase Agreement

The product descriptions provided on Up2Keys are complete and accurate. Obvious mistakes or errors in product descriptions or pricing do not legally bind Up2Keys.

A purchase agreement between the consumer and Up2Keys is established when the consumer clicks the “Order & Pay” button and payment is successfully received.

Payments made by credit card confirm that the purchase is for personal use only, not for third parties, in compliance with card issuer regulations.

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided by the consumer within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

3. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of our products, which are not delivered on physical media, consumers explicitly waive their right of withdrawal once delivery begins. By confirming your order, you expressly agree to waive this right.

4. Pricing

Prices listed in the shopping cart at the time of purchase apply. Prices may include applicable VAT, transaction fees, or service charges. Transaction fees vary depending on the payment method used and are detailed on the payment page if applicable.

Certain digital products may have variable pricing subject to market fluctuations. In such cases, prices shown are indicative and can vary without Up2Keys’ control.

5. Delivery and Return Policy

Digital products are delivered via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The consumer is responsible for providing a correct and verified email address. Incorrect email address entry will not entitle the consumer to a re-delivery.

If the product has not been activated, used, or was purchased by mistake, the consumer may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the customer’s Up2Keys wallet balance only.

If an incorrect product key was purchased and remains unused, customers may contact support within 14 days for an exchange.

6. Fraud Prevention

Up2Keys employs stringent anti-fraud measures. If fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is detected or suspected, Up2Keys reserves the right to:

• Request additional identification documents (e.g., ID verification, proof of address).
• Suspend the delivery of products.
• Withhold refunds or payments during the investigation.
• Cancel suspicious orders and issue refunds at its discretion.
• Report fraudulent activities to the appropriate authorities and institutions.

7. Liability

Up2Keys acts solely as a reseller and is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Misuse, hacking, or theft of digital products.
• Expiration or limited lifespan of digital products as specified by the publisher.
• Restrictions or terms imposed by the product’s publisher or issuer.
• Incorrect information provided by the consumer (e.g., incorrect email address or region selection).

In the event of a defective product, Up2Keys may either exchange it for an equivalent product or issue a refund to the customer’s wallet balance.

8. Complaints Procedure

Up2Keys is committed to resolving complaints efficiently. Customers should submit complaints via the website’s support system. Complaints will receive a response within 14 days, with updates provided as necessary.

9. Applicable Law

All agreements and disputes shall be governed by the laws of Estonia.
